Elizabeth McCranie has served on the Fernandina Beach High School Foundation since 2010. In 2011 she was appointed as the vice-president of the foundation. In 2012 she was appointed as president of the Foundation.

Daniel McCranie has coached for Amelia Island Youth Soccer since 2001. He recently traveled (July 2012) with the U14 Alliance Team to Brazil on a mission trip.
